Natural Chaff

We are starting to produce a natural chaff for you to try. we have fed this product to our own horses and have noticed them flourishing and enjoying their food. Roman a notorious bolter has slowed his eating down which has intern allowed him to aqbsorb more nutrients from the food he is eating, developing a natural shine to his coat, healthy muscles and healthier more substantial droppings.

Chaff is high in fibre which horses need a vast amount in their diets. Chaff provides a certain amount depending on how much you feed. It is bulky in its content which can help horses who bolts thier food. We do not add anything to our chaff, only the hay and straw we cultivate here at Penmillard.

We have produced our chaff for the good doers and the people who want a standard base with which to work from. Becasue we dont add anything and we dont take anything away, it becomes the ideal foodstuffs for laminitics and native ponies.

We are able to produce chaff on spec to your requirements.

Whether you would like a higher content of hay of oat straw or a higher percentage of hay, we can accomodate you.
