Our certified site is only available for Caravan Club members only

We can only accomodate five vans at a time but an extra location is available if you would like to book a rally or a larger group.

We can only allow you to stay for Recreational and short-stay use only

Bookings & Fees

We have one price which covers your caravan, all extras and awnings.

We do advise booking in advance with payment to secure your pitch. This has been brought into effect from August 2006 due to the popularity of the site.

Bookings: always book direct with us on 01752 822215, detailing your name, address, telephone number and membership number . Advance booking is advised at all times but especially for peak periods.

Fees: unless otherwise stated, no separate charge will be levied for electric hook-ups .   Always check the fee when making your booking.

Payment method: prior to your arrival, we can accept all major credit cards, cheques and of course cash.

Cancellations: always phone if you have to cancel, and remember, cancelled bookings or failure to honour a booking will result in full payment .

On Arrival: please show your membership card.

Additional visitors : additions to the basic group may attract incremental charges at our discretion .

Vacation of pitches: pitches are normally to be vacated by 12 noon.

Dogs: please be a responsible dog owner. Always keep your dog on a lead and don't forget to clear up after them.

Farms: visitors to our site should expect to encounter farm animals (mainly horses)and you are advised to take care in approaching them, having first checked with us.

The landowner has the right to ask a member to leave.

You can purchase groceries from the local store in Cawsand or visit larger stores at Torpoint. Launderette facilities are located in Liskeard or Plymouth and dry cleaning is available in Saltash.

Whatever the weather at Penmillard you always have stunning views all around you ranging from the Sound over to Whitsand Bay.

Our CL site has facilities for 5 caravans with electric hook-ups, chemical emptying point, and water.

There are seven local hostelries in the neighbouring villages of Kingsand and Cawsand , only a short walk away (approx. 1 mile) many of which serve local produce. If you wish to travel further during the summer months there is a ferry which runs from Cawsand and will transport you to Plymouth.

Cornwall has alot to offer you on your stay, whether or not you visit the historic Mount Edgcumbe Park, the well renowned Eden Project or just take a ramble around some of the South West coastal path, there is something for everyone.
