A long established, family run home offering quality accommodation nestled in the beautiful rural location of the Rame Peninsula and bordering with the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park.

Why stay with us?

The Wilton family have been opening their door and welcoming guests since 1920 and now have third generation families regularly staying today.

The house has been lovingly modernized but still retains its original character and warmth. The Italian tiles which welcome you when you enter may be 20th century but follow on through and the kitchen still has its original slate floors showing wear from generations of Wilton's who have lived and worked Penmillard Farm over the last 200 years. Currently residing is the sixth generation.

Expect to be spoilt

Whilst staying with us you can expect fluffy towels in your luxury ensuite bathrooms, crisp white linens on your bed and fresh flowers throughout the house.

 

All three double rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, hairdryer, TV's, radios, and a complimentary refreshment tray in each room.

Renowned for our breakfasts, we can cater for everyone, whether you would like a full english in the dining room or a lighter alternative served outside beneath the trees with the horses gently grazing in the background.

We can even provide barbeque facilities during the summer months if the delights of Kingsand, Cawsand and Whitsand Bay do not inspire you.

 

Outside we have a seating area surrounding the pond, relax , enjoy the view, have a glass of wine and share all that Penmillard has generously given over the years.

During the winter months, share the lounge fire, read the local daily papers, drink hot beverages and just enjoy!
